Can you get a treadmill out of the basement?
Yes. Treadmills are heavy and awkward on stairs, which is exactly the job. We carry it up and out, and disassemble it first if that makes the path safer.
Do you take heavy weights and plates?
We do. Dumbbells, plates, and racks are dense but standard for us, and the metal is highly recyclable.
